management, leave schedule, travel arrangements 

 WPS, overtime calculation, salary calculation 

 Handling the day to day operations like attendance, updating

timesheet, drivers log maintaining, schedule meetings, preparing 

reports, trip scheduling 

 Conducting employee engagement activities 

 Supporting logistics team for passing bill of entry, prepare delivery 

order, delivery note, DP world gate pass and port visit for customs 


 Recording office expenditure and ensuring these expenses are in the 

set budget and also manage purchase. 

 Handling the customer service calls and emails.(clients:


 Daily work coordination, prepare work permits, ensuring the safety 

of all workers and oversee office cleaning on a daily basis
