Warehouse supervisor

▪ Supervising warehouse staffs and daily activities.
▪ Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
▪ Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
▪ Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
▪ Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
▪ Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment’s.

Warehouse Team Leader

▪ Handling a shift with high efficiency with monitoring the staffs to reach their daily productivity.
▪ Ensuring and Check thatthe VNA operators and Warehouse assistants were pick and deliver all outbound
stocks in a right way without any delay as scheduled.
▪ Capture & Measure picking & loading rates and accuracy of individuals and produce regularKPI’s .
▪ Resolving operational problems and report all incidents / accidents immediately to the shift manager.
▪ Ensuring Expired / Unfit stock is segregated in a separate area and initiate the destruction process in line with
company policy and the local authority’s requirements.

Receiving In-charge

Running the wave for replenishment to fulfill the stock in picking locations.
▪ Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are accurate in quantity and in good condition.
▪ Updating all inbound and outbound shipments in tracking file and maintaining manual records as well.
▪ Filling and maintain the sales locations in proper standard and keeping the store ready for the customers.

Warehouse assistant

Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.
▪ Picking and packing for the online orders (H&M Brand), taking inventory and reporting shortages.
▪ Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
▪ Picking orders as requested by Stores (Min-Replen).
