Job Description

-Provide supervision to chauffeurs transporting passengers
-Assign new trips to chauffeurs as entered into the system
-Enter new reservations from many sources; email, telephone, Internet portals
-Use of proprietary software program
-Must have excellent communication skills, pleasant & friendly personality
-Extreme attention to detail is critical.
-Maintain a daily log of events covering vehicle statuses, incidents during shift
-Interact with chauffeurs and office personnel during shift hours
-Must know how to speak English and Hindi.
