Wasl Tower, a 63-story building on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, is place to be built by Wasl Properties. The 300-meter-tall mixed-use development will feature a ceramic facade to keep the building’s internal temperature stable and noise levels low.
Wasl Tower, which will be part of Dubai’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel, will have 258 hotel rooms on floors 16 to 38, as well as 229 residences on the upper floors. The tower will also include a light museum, 11 parking levels, a helipad, and over 17,200 square meters of office space.
