Dubai Marina is a neighborhood in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city that was constructed along a 2-mile (3.2-kilometer) length of the Persian Gulf coastline. It had 55,052 residents as of 2018. More than 120,000 people will be able to live there when everything is finished, in residential buildings and villas. Between Jebel Ali Port and the region that houses Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai, it is situated on Interchange 5. This project initial phase has finished. The Concord Pacific Place neighborhood along False Creek in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada served as inspiration for Best Dubai Marina.
The distinctiveness of this building, which was conceptualized as a metaphor for a ship setting sail, is also due to the irregularly shaped site. The construction, a modern landmark that embodies the resort way of life of the Dubai Marina development, was created to maximize the leasable space as well as the sea views provided by the site.
Each unit features a sizable balcony area and an outdoor jacuzzi that faces the sea.
