Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist & SEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that promote a company's products or services, as well as optimizing website content and architecture for search engine visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. SEO Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and objectives, and include on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization.
  2. Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  3. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  4. Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through digital marketing campaigns, including implementing effective landing pages, forms, and calls to action.
  5. Content Creation & Optimization: Work with content marketing teams to create and optimize engaging, high-quality content for digital campaigns, including social media, blog posts, and website pages.
  6. Website Optimization: Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in site architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical SEO factors.
  7. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels, including social media profiles, website design, and email templates.
  8. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within allocated budgets and delivering high ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to report on KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS, and Google Analytics is a must.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
