We are hiring for a Field Sales Representative for a Vehicle Service Station In Dubai. You work as an ambassador and are responsible for establishing and maintaining a good relationship with customers based on your assigned territory. You must build trust and act as support for expectations, ensuring lead to potential future business & develop sales strategies and attract new clients. • Travel within sales territory to meet customers like showrooms, garages, government, etc. • Make telephone calls or visits in-person and give presentations to existing and potential customers on our services & products • Prepare written proposals/quotations for current and potential customers in coordination with the operations & accounts team • Conduct demo to customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs • Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand • Research old accounts, clients and generates or follow through sales leads • Submit reports on your sales activity regularly and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers • Provide feedback to management weekly once on Sunday or Monday • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints with fleet customer • Participates in trade shows and conventions in the region to adopt new tools & technics
