Job Description We are looking for a competent  IT Technical Support Engineer to provide fast and efficient technical assistance for multiple customers. • Valid UAE driving license must • Should be below 30-Year-old • Good communication and time-management skills • Good work experience on IT security, backup scenarios and disaster recovery solutions • Good understanding on Windows servers, virtualization, different cloud services • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus • Act as the primary liaison between company and multiple customers • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance • Motivation to learn new skills and technologies • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
