WSP are currently looking for a Proposals Engineer within our Transport & Infrastructure business unit, where you will be a key contributor to our business development efforts. You will be responsible for creating compelling proposals, bid support, and ensuring that our technical proposals align with the needs of our clients. Your strong technical writing and communication skills will be essential in helping us secure new projects and expand our presence in the market.
We have flexibility with the successful candidate being based in UAE or KSA.
Your new role, what's involved?
Proposal Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and create technical proposals that address client needs.
• Develop detailed and well-structured proposal content, including technical solutions, methodologies, and project plans.
Bid Support:
• Work closely with business development and sales teams to provide technical support during the bid process.
• Review bid documents and identify technical requirements, ensuring that proposals meet all specifications.
Technical Writing:
• Craft clear and persuasive technical content that highlights the consultancy's capabilities, experience, and value proposition.
• Ensure that technical documentation is well-organized, accurate, and effectively communicates complex engineering concepts.
Communication:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information.
• Maintain effective communication with proposal teams to meet proposal deadlines and ensure consistency in messaging.
Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure proposals are error-free, compliant with client requirements, and aligned with company standards.
Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance proposal content.
Document Management:
• Maintain a comprehensive library of proposal content, templates, and supporting documents for future use.
