e are currently looking for a female Secretary who is well-experienced in secretarial role and administrative work. Must know how to prepare Business Letter, Schedule Meetings and Taking Minutes. Highly fluent in English with a strong knowledge in Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Should also accommodate with company policies, team work and working staff. Qualification, Experience, Technology & Languages 1. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Associateā€™s degree in Business Administration preferred. 2. 2-3 Years professional experience in the required field. 3. Knowledgeable in Basic Software such as Outlook, MS Office. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5. High degree of attention to details. 6. Ability to be proactive and to multitask. 7. Data entry experience. 8. Working knowledge of general office equipment. Job Description 1. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. 2. Answering calls, redirect and taking messages. 3. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms. 4. Filing, managing databases. 5. Prioritising workloads. 6. Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
