Ashirvadama Kallu is a seasoned HR Officer/Administrator with over 17 years of experience in human resource management, administration, and talent acquisition. He has successfully contributed to start-ups, acquisitions, and high-growth organizations across the UAE. Currently, he serves as an HR Officer/Administrator at Royal Destinations Hospitality Services Group in Abu Dhabi, where he leads strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Previously, he worked as an HR Generalist/Administrator at RCT Trading Co LLC, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. He also gained experience in debt collection and leasing administration during his tenure at Reliance Real Estate in Dubai.
