Job Description: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience and will be provided with all company benefits.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain an efficient filing system.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
