Job Description: Admin & Account Executive
We are looking for a skilled Admin & Account Executive with a preference for real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong office administration and customer relationship management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office administration and customer relationship management (CRM).
Upload properties online and maintain accurate records of property listings.
Prepare correspondences, maintain filing systems, and manage property-related documents.
Handle day-to-day accounts for sales and leasing transactions.
Coordinate sales and leasing activities, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations.
Address internal and external customer queries related to property sales and rentals.
Update property listings for sale and rent on a daily basis.
Coordinate with staff and clients to meet property-related needs.
Provide excellent customer service, including answering phone calls and addressing client queries.
Explain lease policies and prepare leasing paperwork (e.g., lease agreements, credit checks).
Collect security deposits and prepare receipts for transactions.
Communicate unit status changes to the maintenance department and follow up as needed.
Maintain accurate knowledge of rent, pricing, vacancies, and property availability.
Follow up on rent renewals and manage maintenance teams for plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work.
Facilitate move-in/move-out processes for apartments, villas, and buildings.
Manage in-bound and out-bound email correspondence and maintain project documentation.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and customer satisfaction reports.
Organize team meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Prepare property sale MOUs and RERA-related forms and accounts (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
