Job Description: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and provide support to the team.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Maintain filing systems and update records as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
