Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate - Post Contract Services to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will represent C-Quest in managing post-contract activities for large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on budget, aligned with sustainability goals, and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit cost breakdown analysis for monthly financial reports.

• Evaluate and agree on monthly valuations with contractors.

• Manage variations, including estimating proposed instructions and obtaining contractor estimates.

• Assess and manage contractor claims, providing advice to employers.

• Conduct delay analysis and evaluate claims for extensions of time.

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and participate in commercial meetings.

• Supervise, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their competencies.

• Provide guidance and training on commercial issues to project staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and chartered status (MRICS or equivalent).

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a consultancy environment.

• Proven ability to lead, organize, and optimize team performance across multiple locations.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to write reports and deliver persuasive presentations.

• Expert analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of developing strategic solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Extensive GCC market knowledge, particularly in the UAE and KSA.
