The Company : We are An Arabian sweets company located in UAE, we're selling our products to restaurants, Cafes and hotels, and we have contracts with some large companies . We seek to change the prevailing pattern of selling only western products to Arabian products as we are located in Arabic country. We are seeking for a B2B Sales Executive with an excellent experience to work in B2B business ( HeReCa ) - Food & beverage field. Description Job Summary Responsible for going door-to-door and selling a new products to restaurants, lounges, bars, arenas, and other similar venues in the food & beverage sector. Sets up and demonstrates product, negotiates sale, and completes paperwork. May check up on clients repeatedly. Primary Responsibilities - Commuting to different neighborhoods in cities of UAE and going venue-to-venue with the goal of selling a new F&B product to restaurants and similar venues. - Presentation the product to clients and shows how clients can maximize product features and benefits. - Convince clients to sign a contract of for the supply and sale of the company's products in their locations. - Hand out pamphlets. - Negotiate products prices. - Take payments such as cash, Cheques or bank transfers. - Develop a prospect list or lead list. - Circle back and check on customers who are in the position to sign the contract. - Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. - Daily and monthly follow-up with the clients. - provide a training and qualification to our customer's employees in a way to prepare the product well.. - Ensure that the product looks good when it served to the final customer. - Tell potential clients why the product is better than competitors. - Update and maintain sales report records. The successful candidate should: - Good oral and written English is mandatory. Arabic is competitive advantage. - Have at least 4 years of sound work experience in the UAE market and HORECA sector. - Have a solid track record of achieved monthly sales target. - Be able to work well in team and under pressure. - Have excellent communication skills. - Have a valid UAE driving license. - Car ownership is competitive advantage.
