Roles & Responsibilities

Block Delta has been exclusively tasked with finding a Business Development Director who can proactively engage in prospect interactions, discern market expansion opportunities, and craft strategic plans to effectively address and capitalize on those opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Business Development role and display a proven track record.


  • Initiate proactive market development through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and cold emails.

  • Consistently secure new clients by exceeding predefined sales targets and employing consultative selling methodologies, including conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and engaging in commercial negotiations.

  • Represent the company effectively at industry events and webinars, articulating the unique value proposition.

  • Efficiently develop, manage, and close sales pipelines, ensuring meticulous recording of progress in the selected CRM system.

  • Identify market expansion opportunities and formulate strategic plans through meaningful prospect interactions.

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with customers through proactive account management to facilitate ongoing account growth.

  • Collaborate with solution engineers to ensure a seamless onboarding processes


  • Demonstrated expertise in functioning within a B2B environment.

  • Accumulated over 8 years of valuable experience in the field of Business Development.

  • Established a proven track record of thriving in a demanding and results-oriented sales environment.

  • Experience within the blockchain industry and a robust comprehension of transactions, wallets, and the broader cryptocurrency industry.

  • Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in Arabic would be a significant asset.

  • Candidates should reside within the emirate of Dubai or Abu Dhabi
