Job Title: Senior Business Setup Consultant & Business Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Setup Consultant and Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the business setup process in Dubai, a deep understanding of local regulations, and a proven track record of successfully guiding clients through the company formation process. This role involves providing expert advice, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:
  Provide expert advice to clients on business setup options, legal structures, and regulatory requirements. Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Company Formation:
  Manage the entire company formation process, including documentation, licensing, and compliance with local laws. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required procedures.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Stay updated on the latest changes in UAE business regulations and ensure that all client setups comply with these regulations.

• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Market Insights:
  Provide clients with insights into market trends, business opportunities, and industry best practices to help them make informed decisions.

• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with internal teams, including legal, marketing, and operations, to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.

• Business Development:
  Identify and generate leads through networking, market research, and other channels. Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions. Promote company setup services, including free zones, mainland, and offshore company formations. Prepare and present customized proposals and close sales agreements.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in business setup or company formation is a plus.

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in business setup consultancy or a related field, with a strong focus on the UAE market.

• Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and company formation processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex client projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
