Job Title: Captain Waiter – Immediate Hiring
Our vibrant Lebanese restaurant is seeking an experienced and passionate Captain Waiter to lead our waitstaff and deliver an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the service team, train new staff on our policies and customer service standards, and ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Train new staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service.
- Greet guests, manage seating, and present menus with recommendations.
- Process orders, handle payments, and address any guest concerns.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certifications are a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and service standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
