? Ensure all food in the production areas is prepared according to recipes, meets our standards in terms of quality and quantity, and is delivered to the correct area on time.
? Verify the completion of assigned levels on production charts and ensure that daily cleaning charts are properly filled out.
? Inspect inventories to confirm proper storage and rotation of stock and the appropriate use of high-cost items.
? Adhere to all kitchen regulations as outlined and directed.
? Perform any additional requests from the executive chef and other management, which may include stooping, bending, and lifting weights up to 30 pounds as needed.
Qualifications:
? Male, 45 years old and below
? Must have at least 4 years of related experience within UAE
? Knowledge in any type of cuisines can be considered
