Job Description
Job Title: Civil Engineer – Villas Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in villa construction to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dubai, hold a Dubai Municipality Engineer License, and possess a valid UAE driving license with their own car. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee villa construction projects from planning to completion.
✅ Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and design reviews.
✅ Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations.
✅ Manage contractors, resolve construction-related challenges, and coordinate with stakeholders.
✅ Supervise material procurement and oversee project handover processes.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
✔ 5+ years of Dubai experience in villa construction.
✔ Dubai Municipality Engineer License (mandatory).
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ UAE driving license and own car required.
