Ozean Real Estate Development LLC is a prominent real estate developer in Dubai, recognized for delivering innovative and landmark projects. We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to manage large-scale projects, ensuring high quality, regulatory compliance, and timely completion.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will oversee the entire construction lifecycle of major developments, including high-rise buildings like the Furjan Development. This role will require collaboration with key authorities such as Nakheel, RTA, DEWA, and Tarkhees to ensure compliance with all technical, regulatory, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Project Planning & Execution – Develop schedules and work methodologies using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Collaborate with teams to ensure design and standards alignment.
✔ Site Management – Supervise on-site operations, labor, and subcontractors. Conduct inspections and address challenges proactively to ensure Dubai Municipality compliance.
✔ Quality Assurance – Implement stringent quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure all activities meet specifications.
✔ Budget & Cost Control – Oversee project budgets, manage procurement, and find cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
✔ Health, Safety & Environment – Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
✔ Reporting & Documentation – Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain project records. Monitor project performance using KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✅ 10+ years managing large-scale projects, particularly high-rise buildings (G+12 or higher)
✅ Experience with Nakheel, RTA, DEWA, and Tarkhees
✅ Valid G+12 Construction License from Dubai Municipality
✅ Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project management tools
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✅ In-depth knowledge of Dubai construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes
