We are looking for an experienced Female Online Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media, and the ability to manage customer inquiries via website chat, email, and phone. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, website chat, email, and social media
Generate sales through social media and website chat
Provide product information, offers, and promotions to prospects
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
Manage customer accounts and resolve complaints
Perform live selling programs and handle customer verifications
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in online sales or customer service
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ecommerce systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Sales-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
