Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Female Online Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media, and the ability to manage customer inquiries via website chat, email, and phone. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, website chat, email, and social media

  • Generate sales through social media and website chat

  • Provide product information, offers, and promotions to prospects

  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales

  • Manage customer accounts and resolve complaints

  • Perform live selling programs and handle customer verifications

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in online sales or customer service

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ecommerce systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Sales-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
