Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Child Care Worker to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children up to preteens. The ideal candidate should have a passion for childcare, creativity in planning activities, and the ability to maintain a structured yet fun atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure children’s hygiene by assisting with diaper changes and cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize play areas and common spaces throughout the day.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
- Plan and organize creative and educational activities suited to different age groups.
- Develop and maintain a daily schedule for the children.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress, interests, and any concerns.
