About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will work with talented professionals to deliver high-quality solutions, analyze data, and support clients in achieving sustainable growth. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, work with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and problem-solving.
Conduct research and benchmarking to provide insights and recommend best practices.
Apply structured thinking to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas effectively.
Build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues through professional communication and collaboration.
Support the development and improvement of business processes using emerging technologies like AI, RPA, IoT, and Blockchain.
What We’re Looking For:
Undergraduate degree in fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines (MBA or master’s degree is a plus).
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong analytical, administrative, and numeracy skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours.
Willingness to travel as needed.
