Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, creating brand awareness, and managing all digital marketing operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and maintain the company’s CRM system, including API integrations, training, and monitoring.

• Plan and execute WhatsApp bulk messaging, CTWA, and email campaigns.

• Generate and present performance reports for all digital marketing platforms.

• Create engaging content for social media, banners, flyers, logos, brochures, motion graphics, and videos.

• Develop workflows and bots for automation channels.

• Perform SEO tasks, including website optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

• Build and maintain company websites and landing pages.

• Implement and monitor Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.

• Manage advertising activities, including Meta ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and achieve company goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly email marketing (Mailchimp).

• Strong writing skills for newsletters and social media content.

• Familiarity with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Proficiency in CRM systems and website content management tools.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and drive business growth.

• Fluency in Hindi and English, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Customer service experience is a plus.

• Self-driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent results.
