Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our online store and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. No prior e-commerce experience? No problem! We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the luxury fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.

• Order Processing: Manage the order fulfillment process, coordinating with logistics partners for timely deliveries.

• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and work with the inventory team to ensure product availability.

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via email, chat, or phone.

• Website Maintenance: Help keep the website updated, user-friendly, and aligned with current promotions.

• Marketing Collaboration: Assist the marketing team in executing online campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail operations.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
