Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute various types of events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings.
- Handle full scale Wedding Hall & Catering Teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and services for events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure their needs are met.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
- Oversee event registration and attendee management, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and drive attendance.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve event planning and execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and impactful events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful events, with at least X years of work experience.
- Certifications in event management, project management, or related fields are a plus.
- Experience working in the events industry, preferably in a similar role or with a similar scope of responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and deliver unique event experiences.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as events may require.
