Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Assistance:
- Support the sales team by preparing professional presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate and real-time information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, property viewings, and sales appointments.
Administrative Support:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and key stakeholders.
- Organize, prepare, and maintain sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and document filing for easy accessibility.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact between clients and the sales team.
- Schedule and confirm property viewings while ensuring follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and courteous approach.
Sales Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track the progress of sales transactions and ensure timely updates for the team.
