Job Summary: We are urgently hiring a Front Desk Officer for our logistics company in Dubai. The role offers a competitive salary starting from 3000 AED to 5000 AED, with additional benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, guiding guests, handling client complaints, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls in a courteous manner
Greet guests and issue guest badges
Address client complaints and resolve issues
File and organize documents
Manage schedules and appointments
Plan business travel
Refill office supplies and maintain inventory
Receive deliveries and respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications:
Proficient in English, Bengali, German, Korean, Hindi, and other languages
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 3000 AED to 5000 AED
