Job Title: Ground Staff – Airport Operations

We are looking for energetic ground staff to manage administrative duties and assist passengers. You will be responsible for welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting those with disabilities or traveling with small children, handling check-ins and luggage, taking reservations, and selling tickets. Your role is key in ensuring passenger satisfaction and resolving any queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Passenger Assistance: Manage check-ins, boarding, and ticketing; assist passengers with inquiries and special needs.
• Baggage Handling: Oversee luggage check-in, loading, unloading, and delivery.
• Safety Procedures: Ensure compliance with airport and airline safety regulations.
