Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Head Chef with Cloud Kitchen experience to lead and organize our kitchen operations. As the first in command, you will oversee food preparation, create innovative menus, and ensure the highest quality of dishes for our customers. If you have exceptional kitchen management skills and a passion for culinary excellence, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Control and direct the food preparation process and related activities

• Create menus with new or existing culinary creations, ensuring variety and quality

• Plan and order equipment or ingredients as needed

• Oversee kitchen repairs and resolve any issues promptly

• Hire, manage, and train kitchen staff

• Monitor staff workload, attendance, and payroll records

• Ensure compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards

• Foster a cooperative and respectful work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Cloud Kitchen

• Strong kitchen management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and kitchen optimization

• Proficiency in computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

• Credentials in health and safety training

• Degree in Culinary Science or a related certificate
