Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and property fact sheets.

• Create engaging social media graphics, email templates, and newsletters.

• Develop brand identity materials and maintain consistency across all platforms.

• Design digital advertising banners and infographics.

• Edit and enhance property images to ensure high-quality visuals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.

• Ensure responsive design for digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate or luxury industries.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury or real estate design work.

• Knowledge of digital and print design principles, typography, and layout.

• Understanding of current design trends and color theory.

• Excellent attention to detail and English fluency.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in the UAE market.

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.

• Photography skills.
