Job Description: HR Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and assist in preparing reports related to personnel activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.

  • Compile and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).

  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.

  • Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
