Job Description: HR Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and assist in preparing reports related to personnel activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
Compile and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
