A reputed limousine company located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Barsha-1, Dubai, is seeking a Male HR Manager cum PRO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing blue-collar workers, particularly drivers, and handling recruitment processes. Proficiency in UAE labor laws, visa processing, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing teams of blue-collar workers/drivers and handling recruitment processes.

• Valid UAE Driving License (Number 3).

• Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and computer applications.

• In-depth knowledge of online employment visa processing through the Ministry of Labour and GDFRA (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of drivers and blue-collar workers.

• Handle PRO-related tasks, including visa processing, labor card applications, and government documentation.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

• Act as a liaison between the company and government authorities.

• Provide support in HR-related matters, including employee relations and performance management.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and address employee concerns.
