Roles & Responsibilities
· Support Implementation of OHS MS & EMS.
· Support and assist department managers on HSE standards.
· Enforcement of standards through shop floor audit, direct intervention and communications with DM & Shop floor.
· Administration, reporting, coordinate & Sustain HSE systems
· Support and deliver HSE Training.
· Ensure Compliance to safe working practices & legal Regulations .
· Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments & Environmental Aspect & Impact Assessments.
· HSE Planning & Auditing, compliance reviews.
· Incident investigation reviews: including root cause, correct and/or preventive actions.
· Policy & Procedure development & reviews.
· HSE KPI's and analysis.
· HSE Communications throughout the company.
· HSE actions & Issues follow up.
· Comply with all HSE company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
