Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Husky Injection Molding Machine Operator & Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Husky injection molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor Husky injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
- Perform machine adjustments to meet production and quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, mold, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Injection Molding Machine Operator/Technician, preferably with Husky brand machines.
- Experience with Husky hot runner systems and robotics is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, molds, and electrical control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
