This comprehensive program is designed to mold you into a skilled Industry Travel professional by providing you with practical experience in various functions. This program typically targets recent graduates or professionals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in this field.
The program aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of aspects related to travel industry. It will last for 18 months, and include a combination of attachments, courses, and On Job Training. It will cover a wide range of topics, such as: managing the daily operation of industry travel, maximising the utilisation of resources to deliver cost effective solutions in the areas of reservations, ticketing, systems and interline agreements. Managing key stakeholder relationships and driving change and enhancement initiatives in areas related to product, processes, user experience and system development, with a focus around seeking opportunities to maximize revenue.
