IT Support Analyst

Job Description

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to both in-house and external clients, including Radiologists. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact in our IT support call center, promptly addressing user issues, documenting them in the ticketing system, and ensuring timely resolution. You’ll diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, configure and deploy end-user computing systems, and support Radiologists with hardware setup. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate hardware inventory records and participate in project work as needed.

This position requires working a 48-hour week over 6 days (including weekends), with flexibility for bank holiday coverage. Your working hours will fall between 07:30 AM and 04:00 PM (UAE time zone), with time-off in lieu for any travel outside these hours.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent English communication (written and oral)

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills

• Experience in application and hardware troubleshooting

• Familiarity with healthcare software, ITIL Framework, and Office 365 support

• Workstation build experience and log file analysis

Salary Range: AED 10,500 - 12,500 per month
