Legal Counsel (Solar)

Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for structuring and negotiating commercial agreements related to solar and energy efficiency projects, providing general legal counsel to the CEO on complex commercial transactions and company policies, supporting corporate finance structures and initiatives, managing external legal counsel, and developing corporate and compliance policies and procedures.
