Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the movement of goods from one place to another

Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

Troubleshoot any logistical issues or delays

Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless logistics operations

Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues or concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Min 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office

Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)
