Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize components for metal casting and machining processes.
• Oversee the production and maintenance of machinery, including CNC machines.
• Analyze mechanical systems to ensure performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Create and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
• Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and cost estimation for projects.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, casting, or machining (fresh graduates with strong skills are also welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of metal casting processes, machining techniques, and CNC operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CNC programming and operations.
• Experience in tool design and material selection.
• Knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO 9001.
