Job Opportunity: Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and maintain order within the premises.
  • Greet and receive guests, coordinating their visits.
  • Keep records of employees' arrival and departure times.
  • Handle and distribute incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Manage business documentation and correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting rooms for appointments and conferences.
  • Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external contractors.
  • Execute tasks assigned by head office management promptly.
  • Optimize daily office workflow and manage business processes.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on completed tasks.
  • Regularly review security camera footage to ensure safety and order.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred).
  • Proficient in computer use and knowledgeable in office software (MS Office, email).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a multitasking environment.
  • Proactive approach to tasks.
