📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage office supplies, orders, and inventory.
✅ Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
✅ Organize company meetings and events.
✅ Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors.
✅ Handle internal and external communication.
✅ Facilitate smooth interdepartmental coordination.
✅ Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
✅ Assist with document creation and distribution.
✅ Manage team calendars and schedule meetings.
✅ Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking.
✅ Support HR with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
✅ Provide basic IT support and coordinate with the IT team.
✅ Ensure proper maintenance of office devices like printers and computers.
📌 Requirements:
🔹 Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
🔹 Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
🔹 Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Ability to work independently & under pressure.
🔹 Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes is a plus.
