About CPP Niger:
CPP Niger is a leading contractor in the oil and gas industry. We are looking for highly skilled Technicians to join our team at the Niger-Benin Pipeline Project. This is a crucial role responsible for overseeing and recording the operational and safety procedures of oil and gas transfer and storage operations.

Responsibilities:

✔ Record operational data during shifts at the oil transfer station with a focus on accuracy, ensuring all critical data is documented without omissions.
✔ Monitor equipment status and conduct inspections along designated routes, reporting any abnormalities immediately to avoid issues such as oil leakage.
✔ Maintain records of key production parameters, including those for oil transfer pumps, booster pumps, ultrasonic flowmeters, generators, and storage tanks.
✔ Execute operational procedures including forward transfer, pig launching/receiving, bypassing stations, and tank switching in line with production orders.
✔ Prepare production reports including daily, monthly reports, and diesel oil unloading records.
✔ Ensure operations adhere to HSE regulations, completing necessary safety analyses, permits, and work tickets before commencing any tasks.
✔ Collaborate with engineers for equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring smooth operations.
✔ Handle communication regarding production tasks via phone or email, immediately executing instructions and reporting important information to the station manager.
✔ Ensure the duty room is maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that production tools and equipment are arranged per regulations (the "Three Cleans" standard).
✔ File paper documents and ensure they are classified and easily accessible.
✔ Adhere to supervisors' instructions and complete tasks within set deadlines, ensuring safe and efficient station operations.

Requirements:

✔ Age: 30 years and above.
✔ Fluent in English.
✔ Preferred nationalities: Russians, Egyptians, Algerians, Moroccans, and Tunisians.
✔ Degree or relevant experience in Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering or related fields.
✔ Prior experience in operational roles within oil and gas storage and transportation is preferred.

Work Schedule and Location:

✔ Work schedule: 12 weeks on, 12 weeks off.
✔ Work location: Niger (Niger Section Stations of the Niger-Benin Pipeline).
