Job Description

We are hiring a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle all government-related documentation, visa processing, and business licensing requirements. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and timely interactions with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Visa & Work Permit Management: Process visa applications, work permits, and labor contracts for employees.
✔ Government Documentation: Handle company trade license renewals, amendments, and all other government paperwork.
✔ Government Liaison: Foster and maintain relationships with authorities like DED, MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, and Immigration departments.
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes are in compliance with UAE labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
✔ Company Representation: Represent the company in government offices, ensuring all documentation is submitted on time.
✔ Government Updates: Stay up-to-date with any changes in regulations and advise management accordingly.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a PRO in the UAE.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government regulations.
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• License: Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
