Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both sellers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Guidance: Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms.
• Needs Analysis: Evaluate clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property solutions.
• Negotiation: Negotiate deals, advise clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, and legal matters to ensure fair and honest transactions.
• Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties.
• Property Marketing: Display and market real estate properties to potential buyers.
• Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
• Property Listings: Maintain and update property listings on various portals and platforms.
• Sales Promotion: Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Developer Coordination: Coordinate with developers on upcoming and ongoing projects, and track property availability.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of real estate experience.
• Compensation: AED 2,000 + attractive commission structure.
