Public Relation Officer (PRO) in construction

A leading interior design and construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage permits for fitouts, repairs, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dubai's construction laws, experience obtaining necessary permits, and effective communication with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Permit Procurement: Obtain permits for construction, fitouts, and repairs in Dubai.
• Government Relations: Engage with local government agencies to facilitate the approval process.
• Employee Employment: Manage employment and documentation for the company staff.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in obtaining construction permits in Dubai.
• Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Skills:
  • Strong punctuality, efficiency, and responsibility.
  • Ability to approach problem-solving creatively and effectively.

Benefits:

• Salary: 3000 - 4000 AED per month
• Visa: UAE visa (Emirates ID).
• Probation Period: 2 months.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
