Brick Yard Real Estate LLC, a leading real estate firm specializing in luxury residential and commercial properties in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Offer expert advice on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Conduct property viewings, including virtual tours.

✅ Property Listings:

• Source and list properties for rent, lease, and sale.
• Create compelling marketing materials for property listings, such as online ads and brochures.

✅ Market Analysis:

• Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Perform property valuations and comparative market analysis to assist clients in decision-making.

✅ Negotiations & Transactions:

• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Draft and review sales agreements and lease contracts.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and payments.

✅ Compliance & Legal Knowledge:

• Adhere to Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and RERA guidelines.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with UAE property laws and procedures.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, preferably in Dubai.
✔ In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).
✔ Valid UAE driving license.
✔ RERA certification (mandatory or willingness to obtain).
✔ Multilingual abilities (English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi) are a plus.
