Job Description

Real Estate Sales Consultant – Abu Dhabi

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  2. Market Analysis: Provide expert advice on property prices, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  3. Property Marketing: Present and market properties to potential buyers.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate sale terms and prepare contracts in alignment with legal requirements.
  5. Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and inspections.
  6. Appraisals and Valuations: Coordinate property appraisals and valuations.
  7. Networking: Develop and maintain a strong network of clients through prospecting, relationship building, and referrals.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all UAE real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of successful real estate sales experience.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and property laws.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic are advantageous.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury real estate sales.
  • Established network within the UAE real estate market.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Chinese).
