Real Estate Sales Consultant – Abu Dhabi
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Market Analysis: Provide expert advice on property prices, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Property Marketing: Present and market properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate sale terms and prepare contracts in alignment with legal requirements.
- Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and inspections.
- Appraisals and Valuations: Coordinate property appraisals and valuations.
- Networking: Develop and maintain a strong network of clients through prospecting, relationship building, and referrals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of successful real estate sales experience.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic are advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Established network within the UAE real estate market.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Chinese).
